Welcome to CogniLessons at cognilessons.pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI learning platform for practical skills and workflows. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms and all policies incorporated herein.

1. Our Services

1.1 Description

CogniLessons provides live workshops, coaching sessions, and guided learning experiences focused on practical AI applications and workflow optimization.

1.2 Scheduling and Modifications

Clients may modify a scheduled session up to seven days before its start at no additional charge. Requests made between seven days and 48 hours prior may be accommodated subject to instructor availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours before a session may not be granted.

1.3 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Approved requests will be reimbursed through the original payment path within fourteen business days of approval. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before start are not eligible for reimbursement. In lieu of reimbursement, a one-time reschedule may be granted if agreed by both parties.

2. Info Products

2.1 Digital Content Delivery

Info products include on-demand courses, recorded tutorials, and downloadable resources. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

2.2 Reimbursement Policy for Info Products

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales of info products are final. No reimbursements will be issued once access credentials have been provided or content has been downloaded.

3. Physical Goods

3.1 Shipping and Risk

Physical materials and merchandise are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the client upon carrier pickup.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Goods

Clients may request reimbursement within fourteen days of receipt. Items must remain unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping materials back to our address. Once goods are received and inspected, we will issue reimbursement via the original payment path within fourteen business days.

5. Changes to These Terms

CogniLessons reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on cognilessons.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
